Application and Admission Procedure

Application form and prospectus can be obtained from Institution office on payment.

The duly filled application should be submitted along with one set Xerox copies of the following testimonials:

  • 10th marks card
  • PUC/PDC/10+2 Marks card (if studied)
  • Transfer and Conduct certificate from the educational institution where last studied
  • Community& Income certificates
  • Recent passport size photographs 5nos
  • Certificate of physical fitness from a Registered Medical Practitioner
  • Migration certificates for candidates coming from other state i.e., other than Karnataka
  • All the information given in the application form should be correct. Any false information in the application would be a disqualification. If in fact that any false information has been furnished and if it comes to the notice of the management during any time of the training, the candidate is liable to be terminated, besides other action by the institution as may be deemed fit.

Admission Procedure

Admission to the course is provisional till the original certificates are verified by Paramedical Board.

In an event of any selected candidate who fails to claim the admission to the course on the commencement date will forgo the seat. In an event of any selected candidate who discontinues the course at any time from the date of admission, she/he will be forfeit the entire amount paid at the time of admission.

Students who voluntarily withdraw from the institution shall be required to pay the full fees for the course and the fees already paid will not be refunded.

Late and incomplete applications without the necessary enclosures will be rejected.

The decision of the selection committee will be final.

All the documents should be submitted in original at the time of admission.

Withdrawal and dismissal

If any student decides to withdraw voluntarily from the course at any time before completing the course they should pay back to the Institution the difference amount for the remaining years of training.

This Institution reserves the right to dismiss any candidate whose work or conduct is not found satisfactory during the period of training.

If any student involves in groupism, threat to management, goes on for strike for any reason are deemed for dismissal.

All the disputes are subjected to the jurisdiction of Chamarajanagar Court.
